Shim for Ritchey Stem WCS 4-AXIS 44 – 1.25"

Hi, I have just bought the wrong size stem on ebay and need to take it down from 1 1/4" to 1 1/8" - Doh!

Does anyone know where I can get a shim to reduce the diameter to make it fit?

    Is that the one that would be used on a lot of Canyon bikes???? If so, maybe sell it and buy a regular one, Canyon owners can be after those stems so you might not lose a lot at all (I could have these sizes mixed up!).
