Anyone taken apart a set of Avid CR brakes and able to confirm these are daamged?

The white nylon washer behind the o-ring has a diagonal cut - it's not meant to be like that right?

    What year?

A diagonal split is normal but there might be a little more damage there. But if they work fine don't worry.

.... except it doesn't work. I can get the lever to be firm after bleeding but then after 3 or 4 pulls, the lever sits closer to the bars, brake works but not as well as it should.
anyway, i got internals replacement kit on its way from internet to me so will see if I can fix it.
