Shimano Di2 Issues
Ladies and Gents,
Looking for some assistance - in short; recently purchased a Trek Madone with Shimano Di2 gear system and went on my first ride today, experiencing some dramas with the following:
Gear shifting for the chainring works absolutely fine however I am getting no engagement when I try to up/down on the sprocket, which left me doing two hours today with only two gears!
Before taking it back to the workshop tomorrow to have it remedied, I am just wondering if anyone on here has experience the same and if there is something I am missing or an early fix…….?

Thanks thecycleclinic - I tried the steps in the YT video but for some reason I am unable to get the red light to show at the beginning - any other advice?0

one of the wire is not correctly fitted into one of the shifters or mechs, or indeed the junction box, use the supplied tool to ensure they are pressed home with an audible click. Perhaps one of the wires is damaged.0
