BikeRadar active finishers certificate

Hi there, purely out of interest i have yet to receive any finishers certificates for challenges i have completed. I cant see anything on the website either. Am i missing something totally obvious?

ps: no i dont want to print and frame them :D

    Thanks admin for sorting me out. And yes the truth is i want to take the pics of my mrs out of the frames and replace them with my true passion ;) Will save me having to turn them face side down :D
