Tempted by the fizik r3 shoes on offer at various places but unsure about sizing.
I take a 42 in both Northwave and Specialized, but go up a size in Sidi.
Anyone able to advise on size/width?

44 in specialized, 45 in shimano and 44 in fizik for me0

Beware - The R3s are built with a very high arch compared to other cycling shoes and unless you have the feet to match can be a very painful experience. My R3s felt fine when tried on in the store, but were agony after 30 minutes riding. Sold 'em on sharpish!

Search around the forum - a fair number of people snapped up the Fizik shoes from P-X last year when they originally went on offer and there were quite a few comments from those who had bought and those that were tempted to buy, with regards to sizing and fit.0

I'm a 43 in Speciaized/Giro, the 42.5 R3 were a good fit for me. They seem to run quite large which is unusual for an Italian brand. As mentioned already I couldn't live with the high arch though.0
