Extending travel on xc32 from 80mm to 100mm

As the title says I am wondering if it is possible to extend the travel on my RS xc32 80mm forks to 100mm. They come in either 80mm or 100mm variants so are there some spacers that can be added to extend it? I have some little black spacers but I can't remember if they came with the xc32s or my xc30 100mm shock I have on another bike and without some idea of where to put them inside the shock I don't want to disassemble them just to have a look. Iv'e had a search but can't find any real documentation online for these other than solo air versions which is no help as mine is spring.
Anyone out there done this kind of thing before that may be able to help and/ or perhaps point me to some documentation.

As far as I know you need a new spring and pushrod assembly.0
