I think I've narrowed it down to 3

Hi everyone,

I seem to have lost my 1st post so I've started a brand new one. I'm in the market for a road bike, my mates said I should aim for full tiagra or 105 group set, I have ridden the Merida scultura 903 which has a tiagra group set, however I'm also looking at the merida scultura 94 which has a 105 group set.

I've also tried the Giant defy 5 as they didn't have the 2 in my size, I also rode the Giant defy composite 3, does anyone own / recommend any of these bikes as I'm really not sure which if any I should go for!

Any help / advice for anyone would be gratefully received!!

the best advice above here. you'll enjoy your ride more if you like the bike and you feel comfy on it. nothing worse than when i bought a bike i wasnt 100% about and ended up losing money flogging it to get another. test ride if you can and take your time making your choice
