Went to 'The Lakes' this weekend, the first time since taking to a bike. I must say, i saw the area in a completely different light. I thought i had it hard coming from Derbyshire - but nothing compared to this.... chapeau :shock:

    My commute from Kendal to Ambleside isn't that tough Shakey, just depends on which route you take!

    But I know what you mean, it's very easy to do a very tough route without having to look too hard for it, which for me in training for the Fred Whitton is a good thing.
