Little plug for a friend's site - unpinnedracer.com - allows you to subscribe to your or friends' races via Twitter and be notified automatically when British Cycling publish their result.
Edit: Does CTT time trial results too.

Subscribe to the service by tweeting a mention of @unpinnedracer with the message "subscribe <full name>". The full name is used for tracking you down in race results, so this should be your complete name, To subscribe as Joe Bloggs, it would look like: @unpinnedracer subscribe Joe Bloggs

As soon as the race results are published, @unpinnedracer will notify you via twitter with a link to the results page.

I'll point him to the thread if there's anything you'd like to see changed/improved.

Should already do CTT it seems, the site it uses has results from both.
