rotor 4624 adaptor bearings

Does anyone know if I can just change the bearing on the rotor 4624 adaptor

    Don't know but I do have one of these kicking around if you're interested - it came with a Rotor chainset but not suitable for my frame. I think it's missing one of the orange seals, but bearings are good.

    Oh and it was advertised as the ceramic version but I'd need to check
