Reverb remote or new post?

just very stupidly broken my reverb lever. im just wondering if its better to shell out the 85 quid for a new lever, or buy a whole new post and sell the broken one for spares?

any idea where i can get one for less than 85? thinking buying a whole new post is probably the way to go... can always keep an eye out on ebay for a broken post or just a remote then fix the old one and sell it.0
