    Oh it must be sunny and warm south of Manchester ? no wonder the folk around the north east and north west get P****d off when the weather folk think it's sunny all over. :roll:

    Shorts have been on all week.
    Just hoping its not so windy tomorrow. Last 16 miles on todays ride were tough, I know headwinds are good for training, but please can it just stop being windy for one ride!!

    Looks like the south has all the sunshine and heat :cry:
    Up here in west lancashire its cloudly and grey,,,might clear up later ,temp wise not to cold ,enjoy the sunny day fellas and your rides,i have to meet my sister for lunch today ,but on holiday this week so hope to get a few rides in this week.

    Felt like the calendar had moved forward a couple of months overnight, was around 19C in Norfolk. All the summer kit, dusty roads, insects in the face...was a little bit surreal. Nothing like a bit of sunshine to make me feel human again.

    Got really hot today - ideally shorts and shirt riding weather but I went out in bibs and longs. Ended up with bibbs and the compression top on underneath.

    Looked a bit of a twonk and underestimated the warmth. :shock:

    shorts today 76.5 miles, glorious sunshine for the last two days, today peaked at 18C however it was pretty windy.
    Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.

    Rule #42 // A bike race shall never be preceded with a swim and/or followed by a run.

    Longer ride this morning then 20km this afternoon for good measure just because the weather was so beautiful.
    Shorts on but needed long sleeve jersey on. :)

    Short sleeve top, summer bibs, lightweight socks and still sweating up today!!!! Last Tuesday I was out till 7pm and shivered for about 45 mins after getting back.... It was like August today!!!!
