Biemme Sizing

I have a rather old (possibly ten plus year old) pair of Biemme biblongs I got as NOS from my LBS. They're a size 2 (Medium) and fit really well. Does anyone know offhand if their sizing has changed to a more typically Italian system, or if it has remained consistent?

    I have a XXL biemme jersey & its to small where as a santini jersey same XXL size fits ok.
