Is the Velotech Gold course any good?

Im considering doing it. I basically want to be able to build a bike from its components and maintain/replace various parts over time. My current knowledge is limited to the gear cable tension adjustment and limit screws. Is this course suitable for someone like me?

  • I don't know what their training is like but I think it'd be specific to Campag. Not sure though.

It sounds like you need to do a Cytech 2 course which would go through everything you want to learn.

Stay away from cyctech. I've recently completed a City and Guilds course, much better. Not sure about the Velotech one, Campag focused I think. See what it covers.
