Final results are below. Congratulations to brucey72 who has shown some good early season form. Can he hold form into the classics and the grand tours?

It was actually a tie for the top, and I hear you all crying fix, so, well, the less said about that the better.

Thanks to everyone for writing the full names of all the riders. A special thanks to those who picked Edvald Boasson Hagen and spelt it correctly!

Next race is MSR next Sunday and you'll be back in the capable hands of TailWindHome

Thanks BigBean; honours shared, you have done all the background work so I'm happy with that. Now to try and keep the momentum going into the spring classics which has always been my Achilles heel.

Thanks for all your hard work Big Bean!

I guess a podium is a decent performance in my comeback year... the width of a tub between Betancur and Rojas on stage 7 proved decisive in the end - left me taking the ultimately disastrous catch-up punt on Stybar, who got the nod from a two-man shortlist that also included... Arthur Vichot

  • Thanks for the work this week, hope the new method made things easier.

Cheers BigBean. The last four days were a bit of a disaster for me but it's a long season..

    Thanks Big Bean.

Got left at the start a la Stephen Roche and never really recovered. Will pay more attention next time.
