I have a £30 money off for Wiggle, what would you spend it on? Don't need any lights or clothes. Thinking of some tools but not sure what. Any ideas?

  • A ritchey torque thingy
I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles
  • That looks good but may buy a full torque set as the look handy
  • There are some great reductions in the Sale section - a new cassette and chain is always going to come in handy sooner or later isn't it?

You could buy three of the Nectar Fuel Systems Nectar Deluxe Starter Pack's that they are still trying to say have 50% off, even though it clearly says they cost £10 each on the box

I was going to but I have a month to use it, just got a voucher code for recommending a friend. I was thinking about putting it towards a chain and cassette but would need to replace the chain rings as well probably, didn't look after my bike too well for the first couple of months sou would need a full overhaul and as it will be pricey for all 3 parts will wait till the summer.

May get their park tools chain cleaner as that is down to £20 at the moment, I brought cheap ones on Ebay but they have since broken. I clean the chain as often as you should now but a decent cleaner can only help.

  • I've already got a spare pair as I received new tyres with some new wheels I brought! Anyone know if it is worthwhile buying a bottom bracket tool? I have never tried any maintenance on that but I see it mentioned a lot that people are greasing bearings etc around there often. Not sure if bikes all need different versions of the tool though, may end up with something that isn't compatible.

If you clean it regularly then its not worth it, mine just sits in the draw. It isn't resistant to breaking either.
