Rear Derailleur Help

Hi, I need a new rear derailleur but don't know if I need short or medium. My cassette is 12-25, not sure what chain set is but I'm sure it's a compact set up.

Any suggestions?

Shimano or Campag? What model? Short should be OK, depends what it is though!
