Superstar CNC'd chainrings - any good?

I need to replace my 9 speed raceface triple chainrings (22-32-44).
Seen these: http://superstar.tibolts.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=41&products_id=561
Anyone used these?
How long do they tend to last (I know that's dependant on weather etc and they are aluminium)?
I do question how good a full set of rings for the same price as a single Shim outer, but it's around double the price for a full set of other brand rings (shimano, raceface etc), is the price difference worth it?
Apart from these, are there any other chainrings (ideally long lasting) that I should be looking at?

Why stainless, normal steel is a better material other than light surface rust!
I've had ally rings before, had a set on for about a year, no obvious wear and sold them when they came off.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
I have used them , they will last longer than Shimano on the 44 as it is machined rather than pressed. I change them every 12 months (about 5000 miles ) with the rest of my drive chain.0
