Hey Guys
What's everyones thought on the Rockshock Recon Solo Air Silver?
Looking at some decent price and condition second hand ones, to replace my old mazzochi bombers which are just sprung.
worth the upgrade?

would the Reba be more of an upgrade?0

I have the recon gold air forks which are good and my wife has Reba's which are also good. From memory the silvers can be a bit flexy.0

The silvers are stiffer than the golds but a lot heavier.
Recon golds are a worthwhile upgrade. Good damping and reasonably light.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

This is true, but the Rebas would be a step-up again.0 -
Cheers guys, think I will keep my eye out for set of Reba's instead, Dual Air ones are going to be the best of the bunch after looking around.
seems to be more 100mm ones than the 120mm but I'm lead to believe that most of them will upgrade to the 120mm travel by removing the spacer0 -
Solo air Rebas are better than dual air. I wouldn't have another dual air fork. It feels no better than solo air but is much less reliable.
Rockshox have given up with dual air.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
They've given up for the same reason Fox gave up with proper damping adjustment - simplicity.0
