Hi guys,

I am 6' 4" and usually ride bikes with a 58.5cm or a 59cm top tube problem is the largest of the Giant's only comes up to 57.5 top tube. Is that enough for a CX bike? I know that the same rules do not apply to CX bikes as they apply to road ones, as in you need something a bit more nimble for when you are off road but as I am going to be using the bike on the road a fair amount as well I was looking for other people's opinions.

Thank you!

Yes, that had already occurred to me. The reason for the Giant is that I can get it cheap (£800 ish) which is incredible value for that bike with decent brakes, a good groupset, and rack/mudguard mounts. It also leaves something spare for some handbuilts.

It's 1 cm... how much difference is it going to make?
