I am 6' tall with 34" inside leg. Opinions on whether I should I go for the 18" or 19" frame? top tube is 590 and 615 respectively.
As a point of reference the effective top tube is 570 on all my road bikes.

The distance from the saddle to the grips is more important.

What he said, but for your dimensions I'd be erring toward the 19", particularly if you want to fit a more contemporary shorter stem & wider bar combination. I'm 5 foot 10 with 34" inside leg, and have an 18" Team FS, but could go up to a 19", particularly with the 70mm stem I've fitted.

Longer legs will (99% of the time anyway) mean longer arms, so you need to err on the longer side for the frame, but as stated, whatever feels right!

thanks for replies. I've tried them both for size now and the 19 is the logical choice.
