Thought some of you guys might be interested in this, as I don't think there are too many about. I'm a mtber with not a lot of free time, so i decided to get a road bike, but wanted something a little more fun and versatile, so got this. Knobbly tyres on their way. Picked this up for the bargaintastic price of £750, brand new.
Sorry for the crappy photos.

That's funny, I bought exactly the same bike last week, I got mine from eBay so got it a fair bit cheaper but it's still a bargain for £750.
Which knobblys have you gone for? I can't decide between maxxis raze or some schwalbes.0 -
I can't remember, haha. The guy in the shop ordered some in for me that he thought would fit the bill, given that i know fuck all about road/CX!
Did you get yours brand new?0 -

Ahhh I'll keep an eye on this thread and see how you get on with the ones you've ordered, this is my first roadish bike too so I also know fark all!
Yeah mine was brand new too, I got a bit carried away bidding but won it for £590 including delivery which is an utter bargain.0 -

Hi,
I've just bought one of these and need to get some mud guards - what ones did you fit?
Thanks!0 -
Hi,
I got some sks chromoplastic guards, they take a fair bit of modifying to fit though, I also had to buy some 40mm p clips to mount the front one as there are no mounts on the bottom of the fork legs.
Here's a link to the ones I bought, I went for the 45mm width which is spot on.
