What, am I suppose to praise them for their awful service?

I ordered these wheels last Thursday, and got a 'dispatched' e-mail the next day. Took them a week to realise their mistake (meanwhile I assume they are in transit) then they bumble it a further twice before they release they have no stock, in any colours (delaying me further)

I should have these wheels fitted by now. Their replacements haven't even left the warehouse, now it'll be next week till I can do anything.

I already said I don't doubt their quality or value, what's the problem?!

Am I to sweep this cock-up under the rug because they are an indie?

Of many years of ordering stuff over the web, and thousands of orders, this has to be the worst service I've had. The experience I've had was they didn't know their ass from their elbow. No doubt others have had flawless service.

Just read his other thread top to bottom. I needed a laugh, that was good.

The guys at SS use this forum, maybe they read your threads and decided to have some fun with you

Send Neil a message. I use Superstar stuff (pads and grips mainly) and one of the reassuring things is I could always annoy him if things go wrong. Which they haven't but...

But you will be missing out on free Haribo.
