Giro Replacement Parts and Zyro

Hi All

Has anyone else had to deal with Zyro to try and get replacement parts for Giro helmets? I order a clear visor for the Air Attack Shield in October and after 4 months the part is still not available! Looks like Giro don't care about after sales service for their European customers.

If anyone knows where else I can purchase a visor that would be appreciated.

    It has been discontinued and a new version is coming out, according to CRC it will be in on 24th March.

    Zyro are showing deliveries w/c 14/04/14 as an estimate for clear ones and 02/06/14 as an estimate for silver ones.

    Update:

    I complained to Giro about Zyro and their handling of the situation.

    Giro managed to source me a part from France, courier out last Friday and arrive on Monday.
