Route from Raynes Park to Le Manoir...

Its the big 10 year anniversary of me and the wife getting hitched so in August we are off to Le Manoir for dinner and an overnight. I am planning on getting her to cycle so need a nice, wife friendly route to get us there over the course of a day. I have planned an initial route but no nothing of the areas we will pass through so would appreciate any input from locals or those that know the roads.
We need a nice route, pretty countryside (obviously once out of London) and some stops on the way. The wife can cycle 100km or so but I don't want anything monumentally hilly (lets try to keep the climbing less than 850m!).
