Now, that's my idea of what a ti bike should look like. Stunning build you have there. Out of interest, what would the total cost come in at?

Say you get stung by customs:
    Frame: £540
    Wheels: Hplusson/Hope build - £300, Carbons - £200 (had spare hubs)
    Bars - £60
    Stem - £55
    Tape - £12
    Di2 - £840
    Seatpost - £25
    Saddle - £80
    Garmin mount - £12
    Tyres/tubes - £50
    Cages - £20
    Total - £1994..

Only thing I want to change is to buy an internal seatpost battery to clean the look up.

Lovely looking bike. Really like the way u did the black outline on the down tube . Save your money on the seat post battery. Put it under the BB

Thanks for the break down, I would love a nice Ti frame but don't want to stump up £1500 for one. Mine would most likely be built around 105 with the handbuilt Archetypes I have on it. For commuting/training/winter duties so I can save my carbon for dry weather rides. I have a lovely old french steel bike but it doesn't like wet British roads.

It was your Van Nicholas B17 Flying Fortress that tipped me over the edge.

There's just something magical about the way Ti rides eh? I mean, I have some really nice carbon bikes but the Ti bikes put a very big smile on my face for a lot less money.
