Cycling Shorts

Hi All

Anyone have any idea how long the gel/pad insert in cycling shorts last, I'm not 100% sure but I bought some Endura shorts and the pad doesn't seem as thick as when I first got them 2 months a go, might be just me getting used to them.

Does the pad wear out?

    Not enough to have a detrimental effect in two months. They may squash down a bit over time, but not by any huge amount.

    Cheers for the reply, thought it might just be wearing in, mind never had a pair before so they felt a little strange when I first got them.

    The pad will wear out eventually but in my experience the thickness doesn't change.
