Hi all

I'm about to buy a New bike which comes with the choice of three sets of wheels - I have no knowledge / experience of the disc specific wheels available so I was hoping to tap into all your superb knowledge!

The choices are:

Mach1 820 rims on Deore M525 29er wheelset (come as standard equipment)
On-One Reet'ard Trail Wheelset 29 inch (£75 extra)
Selcof WHT29 Tubeless MTB Wheelset (£50 extra)

I think the Selcof wheels look the nicest!!!

Thanks for any advice in advance

The Retards are heavy but tough and long lasting. No experience of the other two.

I would go the selcofs if the other two arent tubless compatible.

Mach1's are pretty heavy as well......the 26" rims on mine were over 500g each.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
