Sizing issue

I'm looking at buying the new Canyon Ultimate CF SL Aero. It's a beautiful bike and great value. My last bike was a Tarmac SL Comp size 58. I was riding the Tarmac for 3 years and it felt very good and I could go for a Specialized again but it seems that the Canyon is a better deal. The question now is the sizing......as for so many others as well.

The PPS on Canyon suggests XL (size 60) but when I talk to Canyon on their hotline they say I could go for a L (58). The reach and stack for the 58 Tarmac is right between L and XL on Canyon.

My length is 185cm and my inseam 91-92cm. This means long legs and short torso.

Is there anyone out there how could advice me?

Go for the 58 and if need be run a longer stem. You'll have more flexibility with fit than if you went with the 60 where the extra reach will be detrimental.
