Sinkewitz’s lawyer claims by the newer WADA test, introduced in 2012, he wouldn’t be positive, but CAS have apparently refused to order his samples tested by the newer method.
I wonder if CAS is afraid the lawyer might be correct, and a result in Sinkewitz’s favour would cast doubt on the latest test method?
"In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

That's odd that a newer method would catch less positives - unless it is due to differing (relaxed) parameters to trigger it?
The dog has the eyes of someone that has seen too much. It looks sad, compromised, as if its been forced into a dirty human world when all it wanted to do was chase cats in orchards. It can't look into the camera, its afraid that the photo will be able to read its dark soul. The dog is ashamed.

Never fails.
