Buying rubber cement
I have a couple of puncture repair kits indoors with loads of patches left but the glue is running out or has evaporated between uses. Being tight, I thought it more efficient to buy more glue instead of a whole new kit. But my LBS say they no longer stock rubber cement on its own and a quick search online found links suggesting it's actually not permitted to sell this in the UK - maybe because it contains solvents. Is this right and does anyone know where I can get spare tubes of cement?

Most car-supply places, like Halfords, will probably sell larger tubes of it too.0 -
My LBS still stocks it so it may be worth trying any others near you.Ridley Helium SL (Dura-Ace/Wheelsmith Aero-dimpled 45 wheels)

I get the large tubes from Halfords and also buy the sheets of repair material and cut my own patches as you don't get many in the kits. I'm not especially cheap but derive a certain satisfaction from doing this!0
