Advice needed on a 29er

Hi, i come seeking help . im stuck on what to go for between the following 2 bikes.

i know there are other brands, i just feel these offer could value for money unless you know of anything better out there ? .

mainly to be used on cycle tracks,bridal ways etc , odd trail center and if poss a race or 2

selling my full suss and cx and my heads battered looking.

I'd pick up the Cube Reaction GTC Race 29 as it's only £100 more, you get carbon frame and shimano brakes rather than the avids.

Personally not too fussed about RS vs fox.
