Deep section rims

Hi all,
Looking for some advice on deep section rims. I've got a spare pair of 32h hubs and would like to build them up with some deep section (40mm+) rims. What would ppl advise?

Oh and 32H cos I'm not that careful, roads are full of potholes and I'm a little on the "large" size

Don't expect light though because they won't be but that rim is the deepest alloy rim there is.

Only 615 grams, I'm guessing that isn't for a pair…..
