Cannondale CAAD 8 wheel upgade

hi some advice would be great.
Bought last year with stock wheels and fine until yesterday 2 spokes broke and wheel buckled - hence looking to upgrade. Would like ideas on frames (durable) at a reasonable price given the frame.

Definitely durable. I don't know anything about the T wheels but I've done about 3500 miles on a set of racing 5 and just under 1000 on a set of Racing 7 and never had any problems. I'm pretty heavy (14.5 stone), have hit some monster potholes and the wheels have escaped unscathed.

Merlin were doing the 2013 range at a reduced price, I managed to get a set of 7s for £90 at new year but I think they might be sold out now. Worth having a look.
