Any X Fusion Hilo experts in the house?

Had mine for about 2 years now and it's been faultless until now. It's just developed about 10-15mm of squidge at full extension. Anywhere else in the travel it is 100% solid. I changed the oil and no change so did a full strip down and rebuild but still the same. Anybody got any ideas what the problem could be?
