Great shorts but come up very small on the sizing front,I'm 5ft 7ins and 64kgs with 32"waist,I'm currently wearing a size large but I think next time i order some new ones I will be going for XL as the crotch area is very tight.Cervelo S5 Ultegra Di2.0

5ft 8.5in, 68-70kg, 32" waist and the large fit perfectly, i'm a medium in normal clothing.
If i was you i'd order a L and XL from somewhere you can return them for free if possible eg Wiggle.Cheers, Stu0 -

At 5'11" with 33" waist and 75kg I have a large Castelli velocissimo and they are pretty snug. They are smaller than my DHB size medium.
When off the bike the bibs over my shoulders are pretty tight.
If I were to buy another pair of Castelli, I would try an XL before another size large, I think.Red bikes are the fastest.0 -
By Castelli sizing I should be in a small to medium, but my Velocissimo bib shorts are XL otherwise the garment is too short in the body with the shoulder straps cutting in. I've just ordered some new Presto Due bib shorts in a L to see if there is any difference despite the Castelli sizing again suggesting a S or M size.I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.0

I have some Castelli Sorpasso Bib Tights which are a large, and they are perfect in size if this helps.0

I am similar in stats, 5'10, 65kg and 30-32" waist. I have the FAR in Large. Lovely shorts and the low front is very practical when you need to pop the old fella out.
The bibs are made for riding on the bike so fit well when crouched and only slightly tight when standing.0 -
I'm a medium in these, but would vote for large for you.0

same height and waist, thought you're a bit lighter than me. I have Castelli everything and always buy large.Bianchi Intenso Athena

Large fits great. Could probably get into a medium though."You really think you can burn off sugar with exercise?" downhill paul0 -
I'm pretty similar height (6ft) and 32 inch waist and I have a few pairs in both Large and XL. XL a little
More comfy but large fits reasonably well - I have reasonable big quads so the large is a bit tight.
If you can try them on somewhere.0 -

Same size as you (but a bit heavier) and medium is perfect. When I was sub-70kg I had a pair in small that fit, but the medium is a bit comfier.English Cycles V3 | Cervelo P5 | Cervelo T4 | Trek Domane Koppenberg0
