Garmin Connect Cadence graphs vanished!
Weird one this.
Garmin 800. Records all the data as usual, including cadence average and max. but when I upload to Garmin Connect the graph does not exist. The data is obviously there and the graph is there on iPhone when I upload from Garmin Connect to my Garmin iPhone app. This started yesterday??????

Garmin Connect seems to be in the process of being upgraded. I couldnt make much sense of the blurb, but I had to download a new plug-in and click on the yellow strip to allow the acrtive-X to run (whatever that means!!).0

Hi,
I found the same issue and did a search round. I found this link:
https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?77221-Cadence-graph-not-displaying-on-Garmin-Connect
Which basically suggested changing the activity type (back) to generic "Cycling" instead of one of the sub-choices. I've tried that and it seems to work, but it's not really ideal.
Can I suggest you use the "Email Support" option at https://support.garmin.com/support/searchSupport/escalateForm.htm and let Garmin Support know directly? I've had some dealings with their support group recently and, although it was a bit frustrating, in the end they did try to be helpful (up to the point where they decided I was doing something 'odd' - uploading GPX files from www.sports-tracker.com - and it wasn't really in their interest to put effort into handling what appeared to be dodgy GPX files that showed max speeds in the thousands of mph :-)0 -
the "cycling" solution via "full edit" seems fro work. Many thanks.Colnago Addict!0

I found TCX Convertor (freeware) very useful at fixing dodgy GPX files so that they will upload...0 -

Yep got the same problem and doing a full edit of the ride hasn't changed anything.I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.0 -

Did you change from 'Road Cycling' back to generic 'cycling' as suggested above? Works for everyone else (I just tried and it works for me too).0
