Looks like great invention but not available for Campag as far as I can see.

Only works with alloy crank arms, they have discounted doing an Athena one as they think all Campag users are poseurs and wouldn't want athena crank arms on their best bikes.
They are probably right...Insta: ATEnduranceCoaching

sram or shimano chainsets will work with Campag as well I think, might look a bit odd.
Alternative is the power2max meter with an fsa or rotor chainset maybe, fairly cheap option as well.0 -
Neither Shimano or SRAM chainsets shift correctly with Campag & if users don't want alloy Athena on their best bike they'll be even less impressed by a mismatch of groupset chain set - Rotor works OK with round rings, still not as good as original Campag rings. Don't even think about Q rings or O-Symmetrics ...
Long term there are warranty issues / durability issues with L.H. levers mixing and matching with chain sets - we see it all the time at the Service Centre.0 -
Power2Max on Rotor 3D+ works fine with Campagnolo (you could use rotor round rings or TA). There will be a Campagnolo Ultra-torque (Power2Max type S) crank option available in May.
P2M is a superb power meter. I run mine all year round with not a single hiccup and reliable data.0
