Dolan prefissio sizing

After trying and failing to get a second hand winter frame the right size I'm going to plug for a new one and the dolan prefissio looks good.
I'm 6ft 2in and I reckon on needing a 58cm but when I double checked sizing with them and they reckon a 60! I ride a 58cm canyon slx which is to be fair a "racier" frame but it's comfortable for me and the geometry is close enough to the dolan all be it a slightly shorter head tube. My previous bike was a trek at the same size too.
So any dolan riders out there got any real experience of their sizing? Wouldn't normally go against their recommendations but the numbers don't seem quite right and I really can't be doing with getting another frame that doesn't fit!

Can't help with the sizing question, but I reckon the new Prefissio frame colours are well smart! There quite a few Prefissio owners on here so hopefully someone can help with the sizing query...Titus Silk Road Ti rigid 29er - Scott Solace 10 disc - Kinesis Crosslight Pro6 disc - Scott CR1 SL - Pinnacle Arkose X 650b - Pinnacle Arkose singlespeed - Specialized Singlecross...& an Ernie Ball Musicman Stingray 4 string...0

I'm also 6 ft 2 and ride a 60cm Prefissio. My best bike is a 59 Bianchi and seems to match up well, unless you have your stem totally slammed I would say the 60 as I still have a couple of spacers on my Dolan as the headtube is shorter. From memory the toptube on the Dolan is slighlty longer but I still use a 13cm stem on both.
All you can really do is compare the geometry from your Canyon to Dolan and go the closest you can.
BTW great frame though rides really well bargain for the money..I wish I could of got one of the new colour ones but got mine before they were available.0 -
I'm 178cm and ride a 56 Preffisio with 110mm stem & Large PX Pro Carbon with 100mm stem if that helps.0

I think i must be shrinking in my old age, i measured myself and closer to 6ft 1 than 2.
I called them up and they were really helpful and said 6ft 2in is a 60cm and 6ft 1in is probably looking better on a 58cm. Which is a shame as they have a 60cm one in there clearance with the tiniest of scratches.
Thanks for the replies!0 -
Headtubes are very short on them, so if you can get away with the reach and standover I'd go for the bigger size.
Also bear in mind the seat tube is at quite a steep angle so make sure you can get your preferred seat setback.0
