Just a quick question, have a TT race coming up and seen people use those canisters that inflate tyre and seal puncture in one.

Anyone got a good recommendation for one?
Thanks

Vittoria pit stop but to be honest, in a TT, if you puncture you might as well call it a day as you'll lose too much time. At 30 km/h, 2 minutes is 1 km. At 40 km/h it's 1.3 km. Given the fact that you have to stop, check the tyre fore damage and make sure there's nothing embedded in there, use the pit stop, rotate the wheel slowly several times then top up with a CO2 cannister then get back up to speed, then you'll never make up the time! They're only any good in a crit if the rules allow you one lap out for repairs, then you rejoin the race with no time penalty.
