1" stem extender / riser

Hi

I've bought a used road bike. The problem is that the stem is to short. I wan't to raise/extend it.
It's easy to find stem extenders for 1-1/8" however my road bike is using a 1" stem.

I've been looking at extenders like the one below, however I'm only able to find those in 1-1/8"


Does anyone have any other idea how I'll be able to extend my stem ?

If it's a 1" steerer and a-stem then run a 1"-1 1/8" shim, you will need a new stem.

You're probably better off buying a new set of forks and cutting them longer though.
