Changing cassette
My bike has an Ultegra 11 speed 11-28 rear cassette i would like to change the cassette to 11-25 would all work okay after i change over cassettes?

it may (but unlikely) need a cable tension tweak.

If you wanna be sure then measure the chain (it should be 12" pin to pin (or edge of outer plate to edge of outer plate which is easier to do)) if it's 1/16" over then you need a new chain if it's 1/8" over then you'll probably need a new chain0

in that case i wouldn't bother measuring it.
