Free gps navigation on andriod phone

Is there anything good for giving voice directions like a car sat nav for a preprogramed route?

    Try Track Navigator, works in conjunction with ridewithgps which is the best planner I've used. I don't know how well it works by the way because I have a Garmin 800 but I downloaded it months ago and it looks like a tidy app. Worth a go unless someone else comes up with a better alternative!

    CoPilot Live but, it will drain your battery in no time. You can set the mode of transport to a vehicle, bicycle or pedestrian and it will prompt you for turns.
