Morning Losers!

One more probationary review to do today, then that's it for the weekend. Off to Bury later, so hopefully there hasn't been too much snow or anything, as there's a match on tomorrow!

Laters!

Today is working from home as I have to get a CBR check(?) from the school to enable me to go on a school trip :) (ready for the jokes)

It also means I can be in the pub for 5.30 for a few pints with the lads then off for a romantic meal with the wife and some friends - I feel sorry for any couples expecting a quiet night :)

As long as they don't check the ditches around your manor you should be fine! I would blame Gazlar if they find anything!

    Morning wimps, blimps and gimps!

Tis indeed fryday, having a wee lie in before i turn into the domestic goddess that i am! Drove home last night, was the usual shyte journey but two things of note made me smile, passing a mate broken down on the M4 whose car had broken down (didn't realise at first but he called me with his tale of woe from the back of the AA van en route to north yorkshire :-) ) Then got a shout out on Radio one, because i could, ok?

Anyhoo, happy valentines to those that are into that cr4p, hope Gts mum likes the flowers, she usually does things with tulips..........geddit?

  • Morning bumders, been in since 7 today  as its my last day before a nice two weeks of skiing in Italy.

Stoke is currently at max + 18

Wife is at home packing the truck and I'm hoping that the overnight ferry isn't going to get blown sideways into Norway.

Fryday = bacons and other fried piggymeats.

    And coffee.

    Onwards! <burp>

    Morning mucklovers,
Cafe fryday for me. Usual fried everything with a mug of tea you can stand a spoon in. Should probably do some work today after some pro level shirking yesterday. Need to call the bodyshop that repaired my car and get them to come and put it right. They returned it to me when it was raining heavily, saw it in the dry yesterday and there are patches of overspray on the bonnet and they haven't repaired the door properly. Mongs.

    Morning etc.

Up at 5.30 to go riding, I just dont function at this time of day, so it was hard work and icy.... tonight is off to the theatre with mrs P and the outlaws, thus missing the usual friday night end of the week beer & pie in the local, this sucks big time I am officially tired & grumpy.

It's not a CRB check anymore, its a DBS. Current wait is up to 12 weeks depending on where you live so you better not be in a hurry.

Well what a sh*t Friday, about to pee it down again and the wind inside is nearly as bad as outside. I swear if last nights curry was any hotter my farts could tear a hole in the fabric of space and time. Fortunately there's nobody in the office.

    Morning homos.

More flooding at work meant parking as near as I could and walking in again, unfortunately an artic dropped it's clutch whilst trying to make a left turn totally blocking the road I was going to park down so I had to park even further away for my walk in, only to discover that most other feckers here didn't bother

Oh well, don't spouse I'll hang around here too long today, then onwards to a three day weekend :)

    Evening Mongs,

Fark it was windy on the pedal home tonight - it's the closest I'll be to getting blown off on Valentine's night mind. Got a bit of chat and a nice smile from the Hong Kong hottie in the office, something may have to be done about this in the near future

    Evening bumders

Bit of a weird day, really fun day on placement, got to do a shitload of cool stuff (or at least it is for vet students). Got home and found out a guy in my year had died earlier today. Given how few blokes there are at our uni it's a bit weird as we all know eachother, wasn't really a close friend or anything but we got on well and it's a bit of a shock, apparently nothing suspicious, just completely out of the blue.

Anyway, tomorrow will be an early morning bike ride and then Sunday I'm tempted by Cannock with the EG as a last ditch effort to convince myself not to sell it.
