GIANT REVEL LTD 1 2013 vs Saracen Kili Bike 2013
looking for a bit of help choosing between these two bikes as they are similar prices at the moment.
Both specs look very similar, forks and brakes being almost identical.
Giant has 10x3 while Saracen has 8x3
Giant 26" Saracen 29"
Giant isnt a brand I have lusted over but know more about it as they are very popular in New Zealand where I am originally from. Saracen isnt a brand I know much about but Googling tells me they are making the right noises at the moment to improve a damaged rep.
I prefer the look of the Saracen (apart from the paint) over the Giant and like 29" wheels after riding a few at a Specialized & Giant test day in NZ, but I guess the brand awareness and the gear set is holding me back from buying the Saracen.

Nasty in comparison to what? Similar prices forks or forks on £500+ bikes?
I am thinking a secondhand Voodoo Hoodoo might be the better option if I can win one
