    I often get these - there are several variants; I recently received a more cycle oriented pack, for £7 something, and there's at least 20 bits and bobs in there, plus the bottle.

    Great way to stock up without getting reamed.

    Exactly buddy,although the packs are aimed at runners,there is no reason on earth why they cannot be used by cyclists.

    Its a very good price for what you get.

    But it all tastes disgusting. Whenever wiggle give me one at a sportive I end up binning it.

    Each to their own... The Isogels are vile, snack are a bit cardboardy, but the normal gels are fantastic and drink powder the best I have tried.

    I think the gels are pretty good, especially the Plus, caffeine ones.

    I prefer Torq gels, but then they're almost 3 times more expensive......
