Flared Ritchey bars?

I've just bought a Ritchey Comp Logic Curve bar, under the impression that there would be a slight (2%) flare to the bar, which is not there. Do the specs on these bars change from year to year? I'm asking as there were two options for the same named bar, I bought the 2013 option, which has now disappeared from the stores site (Ribble), but the other option, which doesn't give a year, so I assume is this years, is still up there.
Note: I know that FSA do flared bars. I have a pair of these and generally like em, but find the tops being narrow, being less than the 40cm c-c measurement. I bought the Ritcheys in the hope that the flare would be less and result in a slightly wider top...well the tops wider, but there's no flare at all!

I have Ritchey WCS Streem bars and they are flared at the bar ends (2degree) and also swept back from the centre point (4 degrees) A 42cm bar is 42 at the hoods but 43.5 at the bar ends.0
