Cut Gate conditions

Anyone ridden this over the last few weeks ?

I've only ever ridden this route during the summer so not sure about winter conditions.

It will be a mess...a real mess after all the rain.Generally Mickledon Edge holds out well.If you use the loop around North America Farm Ruin(over Midhope moor) this was a bog last week.There's a section on Cutgate proper that is always a peaty bog in winter and although I didn't go that far up judging by the lower route conditions(and from experience) it will be messy.
Having said all that I still ride the route as the different conditions make it a different ride almost everytime 8)
