Hermosa Beach Ride??

Hello all, I am fairly new at bicycle riding (26 years old btw) and I would like to take my two kids and I on a community ride hosted by www.motionbicycle.com . Has anyone ever been on a group ride before? I know how to ride, as do my children, however, are group rides fun? Do many people new to bicycle riding, or experienced riders do this often?

All you can do is try it Most of the group rides that I've been on have been fun, if you or the children aren't enjoying it, then you could always turn back.

I have not been on this particular ride. My family and I attend at least one group ride each summer. We enjoy them. It's a great way to meet new cycling friends. I enjoy sharing my love of bikes with my family.
