    I always like videos like that, as I always remember that when I am down in the gutter for whatever reason people have pulled through, for the better, from much worse things.

    Can't usually stand this type of stuff watched it cos my kids Cav mad. Really by motivational, Cav telling the guy he is a champion was quite touching.
    After 3 weeks off with 4 broken ribs this made me think it's time to man up!!
